Hurricane Irene, Three State Perspective

For surfers and non-surfers alike, ignoring the media frenzy surrounding Hurricane Irene was nearly impossible.  For most, preparing for the storm included clearing outdoor furniture, boarding up windows, and stocking up on safety supplies.  For us, we just made sure to tie up loose ends at work and spend a few extra hours in the office on the days leading up to the storm.  Our schedules were clear for the first hurricane swell of the season.  Photos taken Friday, Saturday, and Monday across three different states.
